Reading Recommendation: How Should We Then Live? by Francis Schaeffer

For all of you OBU-ers who loved sophomore year Western Civ, this book is for you. It's a fantastic review of "the rise and decline of western thought and culture" and gives great insights into the events proceeding the Renaissance and Reformation and how the thought processes during that time affected the church culture as well as through the centuries until today, from as far back as Plato and Aristotle to the impact of the Roman empire on the division of eastern and western cultures. A fascinating read.
