I have been traveling by bus to and from my new city for a few weeks now, just until I move there permanently in February. I mentioned to Martha (my younger sister...as if you didn't already know that!) that I really enjoy the drive, although in a crowded bus, because the scenery between the cities is simply beautiful. Living in flat Egypt for so long made me miss the mountains terribly and although these mountains aren't the Rockies, they are mountains nonetheless and absolutely breathtaking. Of course, these photos are just from a bus window and I'm embarrassed that I'm even posting such horrible photography but until I am able to stop and get out to take pictures, this will have to do.
